Life on Svalbard
Bilbo has spent his entire life on Svalbard as a working sled dog. Over the years, he has taken part in numerous skiing expeditions, appeared on Danish television and in newspapers, and become a favourite among visitors thanks to his charm and experience.
Personality
Bilbo is a friendly, charismatic, and confident dog with a wonderful balance of energy and calmness. He loves adventures and being part of the action, but is just as happy relaxing with his people after a day outdoors. Patient, affectionate, and full of character, he leaves a lasting impression on everyone he meets.
What Bilbo needs
As a polar dog with a thick insulating coat, Bilbo is happiest in a colder climate with long winters and plenty of opportunities to spend time outdoors. He would thrive in a loving home where he can enjoy adventures, companionship, and all the attention and cuddles he deserves.
