Hi, I’m Adam – guide and musher at Green Dog Svalbard.
I’m originally from the Czech Republic, and since 2023 I’ve been working as a guide with sled dogs.
When I first arrived in the North, I knew one thing for certain – I didn’t want to just survive life.
I wanted to live it fully – with respect for nature, dogs by my side, and everything that comes with it.
And I believe that here on Svalbard, I’ve finally found the place where such a life is lived every single day.
I’m not here just to complete another season. I’m here to grow – as a musher, as a guide, as a person.
I believe that challenges shape us, and that time is the most valuable thing we have.
That’s why I try to make the most out of every day – and when I fall asleep in the evening, I want to feel that I’ve lived a day I can be proud of.
“Die with memories, not dreams.”
That’s not just a quote. It’s the way I want to live.
If we meet on the sled – get ready for a ride you’ll remember.
Not because everything goes smoothly – but because it’s real.
And real things are the ones that stay with you.
