I am a highly motivated cook who loves to travel and learn new colture.
I have worked in many different types of kitchens and i want a keep learning about food and life. After focusing on the Italian tradition, i’ve been to Copenhagen for multiple experience in Kitchens but also in distilleries and farms, then i move to NYC to open up a new Italian restaurant. After this I moved in Switzerland to work and enjoy the amazing mountains, skiing and hiking. I decided to move in Svalbard for multiple reason, one of those is the wild life and dog sledding, it is now amazing for me to have a job related with this activities.
I’m an outdoor kind of person I love sport and everything that is connected with nature, I’m a skydiver and of course a dog lover.
